Eberspächer UK Displayed at the Biggest Commercial Vehicle Show in the UK
Eberspächer UK had a substantial stand (D70 in Hall 5) at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC in Birmingham from the 30th April to the 2nd May, where 10 customer vehicles were on display, fitted with a variety of our heater and air conditioning systems.
Our new Generation 2 Airtronic D2L and D4L 2kw and 4kw fuel operated air heaters were also on display, together with our full range of established products.
Following the recent acquisition of Kalori, our portfolio of products has expanded and we are proud to be able to offer unequalled solutions for all environmental requirements for drivers and passengers alike.
We also shared a stand with DBS in the Cool Zone area of the show (A79 Hall 3), where we launched the new (HML) Hot Meal Line of heated insulated containers, as well as exhibiting the full range of original Coldtainers.
New Smart Watch App for EasyStart Web Based Control Unit
More and more customers are turning to the latest smart watches, and in line with this technology Eberspächer have launched the ultimate App to control your heater, ensuring warm, dry reception onboard your boat, when you arrive.
A simple upgrade from the App store, or Google Play store to a digital watch (Apple or Android) triggers the web enabled process wherever you are.
It shows the current interior temperature of your boat before prompting you to select the required temperature. During heating, the temperature display on your phone or watch is continuously updated, and can be controlled or amended to suit.
Eberspächer (UK) Ltd
Based in Ringwood, Hampshire, Eberspächer (UK) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eberspächer Climate Control Systems GmbH of Germany.
We were established in 1977, originally to introduce diesel fuelled independent heating systems into the UK and Eire for car, commercial vehicle and marine markets and to create a nationwide network of dealers, to provide a quick and efficient service to our growing customer base.
Eberspächer UK is a £6million development of a totally purpose built facility set on a three acre site and covers 55,000 sq ft on two floors.
The development is still within Ringwood, which the company was keen to achieve, because it wanted to retain its highly skilled workforce.
