MaxiTHERM Insulation

maxiTHERM is 19mm Thinsulate® which is resistant to damp and water ingress, and is covered by a strong, hard wearing fabric with closed end stitching. The wrap version is secured with popper studs along its length for easy fit to existing installations.

maxiTHERM is available in 750mm lengths to suit 50mm to 125mm ducting. In addition, each standard Eberspächer marine kit has a corresponding maxiTHERM insulation kit available.

maxiTHERM is a new insulation concept, not only for new installations, but as an easy to install retro fit kit for boats already equipped with air heating systems.

Tests confrim that up to 40% of the heaters output can be lost through the ducting. Heat is retained within the ducting air flow to reach the desired areas of the boat. It can eliminate condensation and prevent the warming of food or supplies when stored near duct runs.

maxiTHERM will increase the heating performance, by reducing the heating up time, therefore giving better fuel and electrical economy.

Two versions are available, tube and the unique wrap version, with corresponding diameters to fit our ducting range. maxiTHERM also has full length internal stitching, giving a neat more durable product during handling and installation.
